Grounded, non-pharmaceutical support for people under pressure

Calm, analytical support for people exploring alternatives to medication — and seeking a clearer understanding of how stress, anxiety, and prolonged pressure affect both mind and body.

What you experienced at the event was a brief demonstration of how I work.

A different kind of support

Many people live with ongoing stress or anxiety and feel caught between just coping and medication being presented as the only option.

My work is for those who want to explore non-pharmaceutical approaches — thoughtfully, without hype, and without being pushed toward belief systems or quick fixes.

This is about understanding what’s happening in your system and supporting it intelligently, recognising that mental and emotional strain often shows up physically long before it’s fully understood.

How I work

• One-to-one sessions (in person and remote)

• Calm, analytical, and individualised

• Focus on stress, anxiety, and their physical effects

• Grounded, practical, and non-judgemental

• No pressure, no dogma, no hard sell

People often come to this work feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to try next — but wanting space to think clearly.

The approach behind the work

I primarily work with a system called TimeWaver Pro — an advanced analysis tool used internationally to explore patterns of stress, coherence, and imbalance within complex systems.

When demonstrated at events, this appears as a short exploratory reading. In private work, it can be used more deeply to support insight, recalibration, and ongoing balance.

It is not diagnostic and does not replace medical care. It is a way of listening to the system differently.

About me

I work with people who are under pressure — professionally or personally — and who want space to settle, reflect, and recalibrate.

I’m comfortable with complexity and take a measured, practical approach. My role is not to convince you of anything, but to help you explore options clearly and safely, so you can decide what feels right for you.
